SmartTrac®
By mounting sensors directly into production molds, the SmartTrac process control system is able to monitor the chemical and physical changes occurring in the molding process in real time. Changes in impedance are used to generate a "signature" data curve, which is unique to the specific compound being molded. The Signature Control processor applies software algorithms that use these signatures to determine the optimal cure point for each press cycle to predict the optimal cure point. Releasing the press at the precise cure point increases throughput and improves product consistency, providing a rapid return on investment.   SmartTrac Display
