SmartView provides a new understanding of the environmental, equipment and material factors impacting press operations.
Recorded impedance curves and cure times are easily compared to other presses, batches, shifts and sensor locations to elevate efficiency and productivity to higher levels.

SPC Analysis
SmartView enables plant managers, process engineers and supervisors to analyze operational data from the convenience of their desktops.
Specific periods of concern are quickly identified for comparison to other benchmark cycles or periods, revealing trends and quality factors.
Within the user’s selected period of interest, SmartView will zoom in to magnify details for each cycle, or generate a report composed of selected cycles over time.
Saved graphs, summary, and detail reports can be included in spreadsheets, word processing documents, or presentation materials.

Advanced Graphing Tools
To facilitate visualization of trends in SmartTrac® historical data, SmartViewTM offers both impedance cure curves and scatter plots.
Each graph may include additional calculated values, such as upper and lower control limits, natural process limits, mean, and standard deviations.
The viewer manipulates simple and intuitive tools to slide the graph along the timeline, and zooms in or out by selecting the area of interest.
Within each cycle, clicking on individual points retrieves the complete set of recorded data for that point in time, including impedance curve, cure time, optional mold temperature/pressure, sensor, operator and mold number.

Specific Results in Seconds
The SmartView Search Builder allows the user to stipulate data from six selection parameters.
Production runs are clearly specified by the press, work order, and batch.
Any or all measurements recorded for any run are available, including both individual sensors, the time to the detected cure, and the subsequent cycle time.
