SmartTrac Supplemental Input/Output

SmartTrac IO connects press instrumentation to the SmartTrac control system, allowing critical process measurements to be captured from active press operations. Instrument measurements may include mold temperature, pressure, material temperature, vacuum, LVDT, or any other input in the range of ±10 VDC.

SmartTrac MMS enables the lumber processing industry to reduce degrade and waste while increasing capacity and profitability in kiln drying processes.

SmartTrac Sensors

SmartTrac Sensors are mounted within the mold to detect the subtle electrical changes in the molded material that indicate the precise cure point.
